The ITD Helpdesk

Our Helpdesk Application lets you keep track of your incidents and report new problems. You can report a new problem in a number of ways:

Log in to the Helpdesk Email the Helpdesk Get us to call you back, or call Freephone 0800 0 470 740 Simply send an SMS Message to 07766 40 41 42
       
  • Log In to the Helpdesk using your username & password. Once logged in, you can track an existing problem, check for updates or report a new issue.
  • Email a description of your problem to support@theitd.com. If this is the first time you've reported a problem, you will automatically be sent your username & password by return mail.
  • Phone us using our Freephone No. 0800 0 470 740. You may find it easier to explain what the problem is by speaking directly to an engineer. We will then send you the ticket number so you can track the progress of the call online.
  • Text your problem to +44 (0)7766 40 41 42 with the word 'ITD' at the start of your message. Your call will be logged in the usual way and we will call you back with a resolution.

Would you like to receive notification for your Helpdesk Requests by SMS?

If so, please let us know by sending us your mobile phone number and as well as sending an email to let you know that your call has been received or resolved, we will send confirmation by text.
